Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

Our stay here was fantastic. Our room was well-equipped and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job at making sure we had plenty of towels since there were three of us showering after a long day at the park. The lounge provided a lot of great quick options for the mornings before we left each day for Disney. My biggest "issue" with the hotel was the elevator situation. But I feel like that's far too common for hotels in the area. Leaving first thing in the morning with the rush of people headed out, and coming back after a day at the park with the rush of people heading in meant that there was a decent wait for an elevator some of the time. There isn't much to complain about - our rooms provided a comfortable place for us to sleep each night, but aside from that, we didn't spend much time in our room or in the hotel. However, with some of the amenities, I am sure I would not have had a problem had we spent more time in our rooms.

Great experience at the Sheraton park Anaheim resort. It’s budget friendly but also not low quality. For the price you pay, you get a nice pool with poolside bar and food, a nice lobby, and friendly staff. The beds are actually comfortable for being hotel beds. 10 minute walk to Disney or pay for the shuttle. The only two things I would gripe about are the $44 a day parking and no laundry bins for carrying your laundry downstairs. But we would stay again!

The hotel is very well maintained and the location is great for access to Disneyland. Just a short walk. Upon check in, we had trouble with our room where it looked like someone had laid on the beds already. We called the front desk and they quickly got us a new room. The staff was very apologetic but handled the situation efficiently. We ended up with a new room that had a better view so overall it was a nice upgrade. We got to watch the New Years fireworks right from our. It was cool to see!

I spent 11 nights here on this trip and this hotel was fantastic. I was able to walk to and from Disneyland within 15 minutes which is faster than standing in the uber area and trying to get a ride share. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. It’s an older hotel that’s received a recent significant renovation. The front desk staff were very friendly and nice. The best part of this hotel is the rooms all have Patio’s with Balcony’s. The entire patio side of the wall is glass which gives you tons of light and excellent views. I’ve stayed in many Anaheim Disneyland hotels over the years including the JW marriot and they all have small windows in the hotel rooms and no one else really has patios. The pool area at this pool is nice and gives you a break on your days off from the theme parks.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during the New Year 2025. Hotel Location is superb, only a 10 minute walk to the Disneyland parks. Hotel lobby is lovely and facilities are great. Staff at check in were professional and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were super comfortable. Had a great view of the disneyland parks and could see the fireworks at night. Had a lovely pool area which I would have used if I had taken swimwear! Gutted that I didnt as it was open till late in the evenings. Super close to facilities near by, supermarkets and restuarants. Shop inside that provides grab and go bits and merchandise. Does have a bar/resturant which we had breakfast in twice and service was great. Would reccommend and I would 100% stay here again.

The rooms were clean and beds comfy. Our room had fridge and safe and charging stations. Balcony was nice but a fair amount of noise from the street. We had a Disney facing room and could see fireworks (many may be too low or facing opposite so no guarantee on that). CVS within half a block. Manageable walkable to main gate and the ART bus stopped right in front but is being terminated. :-(

It’s a little longer walk than what we normally prefer to Disneyland but definitely worth it! We love having the updated quiet rooms, proximity to dining and Disneyland, and the terrific service that we have been accustomed to receiving at Marriott/Sheraton Nationwide.We would like to mention that Walter from the valet made our trip special by providing us with awesome service and making us feel special during this trip! Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Convention Center in California is a such a great hotel to stay at for a couple, a family or for a work event. I planned a 4 day event for my companies organization and I really appreciate the on-site facilities, food and beverage choices, and more importantly the people who work at Sheraton Park Hotel who I have interacted with over the past couple of months. The rooms are spacious, clean, and we'll equipped. Great closet space for long stays here and the restroom layout is wonderful. The restaurant on-site is pretty neat too with an all you can eat pizza "flight" prepared by the chef. I cant thank Allison Estrella enough for all of the coordination and continued communication, helping with event setup and great local recommendations. Highly recommend.
